WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR LIFE IS IN A DITCH

Summary:
The Bible is the Believer’s manual for life, especially when you are faced with challenges. When it seems that you
are in a ditch in life, it is imperative to remain focused on God and
His Word.
- God wants your undivided attention.
- You cannot have allegiance with the world’s system of operation and God at the same time.
- When something or someone tries to disrupt your fellowship with the
Lord, the Holy Spirit will do everything He can to get your relationship
with Him back on track (James 4:1-5).- The Holy Spirit will not idly stand by and allow you to get comfortable with the
world’s system of operation and ungodly relationships.

world’s system of operation and ungodly relationships.
- People often find themselves in a ditch for several reasons.
- Spiritual boredom
- The remedy for spiritual boredom is to become a doer of the Word and not only a hearer (James 1:22).
- Knowledge without application eventually becomes boring and unfulfilling.
- The remedy for spiritual boredom is to become a doer of the Word and not only a hearer (James 1:22).
- Hindered plans
- Satan will try to hinder the plans that God has for your life (1 Thessalonians 2:18).
- Regardless of what the devil tries to do to you, you must remember what God told you to do, hold on to it and act on it.
- Hindrances won’t change what God has said.
- God will bring to pass what He has promised.
- Dead-ends
- When you come to a dead-end situation, trust God (2 Corinthians 1:9).
- Don’t look at a dead-end as the ultimate end, look at it as a new beginning.
- Acknowledge dead-ends as the end of what you have been going through.
- Dead-ends can open up a flow of supernatural power in your life.
- Spiritual boredom
