THE ACCUMULATION OF WEALTH

Summary:
God caused Abraham to experience wealth as a result of his obedience to God's plan. Therefore, it is the will of God
that we prosper so that we can be more effective against the enemy's
attack.
- Abraham is the standard for mankind to follow, so that we, too, can be blessed.
- Abraham was extremely rich (Genesis 13:2).
- To establish ourselves in God's blessing, we must be faithful to Him and His Word (Deuteronomy 8:18-20).
- To be wealthy is based on what God has already said regarding His covenant for all families of the earth to be blessed (Genesis 12:3).
- Wealth is having more than what is sufficient (Exodus 36:5-7).
- Despite what the world has to say about our finances, we must stand firm and believe God's Word concerning our circumstances (Malachi 3:10).
- While waiting upon God for the manifestation, we should exhibit Godly
character, persistence, faithfulness and sincerity in our commitment to
God—which allows us to truly walk with God.

- Living a qualitative life of abundance should be desired over living a
quantitative life of abundance, one that is just focused on accumulating
material wealth (Luke 12:15).- Have the right motives for wanting to be wealthy.
- We should not strive for wealth to only consume it upon ourselves.
- We should live a qualitative life of abundance, which is motivated by love and a desire to give to others (1 Corinthians 10:24).
- Living a qualitative life of abundance determines whether or not one will enjoy the true abundant life.
