Mounting financial pressure causes stress and other health problems; however, we no longer have to be subject to financial bondage. Summary:

Holiness is being of one mind with God. To develop holiness we must choose holiness, and then perfect it. There are three enemies to holiness: immorality, financial corruption, and rebellion. Being rebellious means resisting authority. Rebellion can be subtle but destructive, nonetheless.

Obedience is the key to living the abundant life Jesus died to give us. When we obey God, we connect to His blessings. However, our disobedience disconnects us from God and His provision. Disobedience produces spiritual and physical poverty.

Rebellion can rear its ugly head in any church, business, or organization. Like an infection, it spreads quickly. Therefore, we must know how to recognize it and stop it before it gets out of hand. Rebellion cannot be taken lightly; it must be dealt with and uprooted immediately after it is discovered.

Many people think poverty and prosperity are words that only describe the state of one’s finances; however, these terms involve much more than that. The Bible describes poverty, or being poor, as being insufficient in any area of life. Prosperity is abundance in every area of life. Prosperity is a result of God’s blessing. And poverty is a curse, the result of disobeying God.
